Placa rectangular de plomo dividida en dos parte con señales de haber estado plegada en forma de tríptico. La parte superior conserva tres anillos de suspensión. Bordea toda la pieza, en anverso y reverso, una banda recorrida por una línea de círculos con punto central. Las leyendas se dividen en siete líneas en cada área, en lo que parece una letanía con los nombres de Dios. Anv: ضار ـ ـ / يا إله يا رحما / ن يا رحيم يا مـ /نان يا جبار يا / مدير يا ـ ـ ـ ـ يا /قيوم يا رؤف / يا ا رب.
