“Se hace merced del derecho de señoreaje a favor de las personas que llevaren plata de vajilla, a labrar a las Casas de la Moneda, o moneda de plata de la que hoy corre para reducirla a la del nuevo tipo; además los que llevaren a labrar pasta , vajilla o moneda de la que hoy corre para reducirla a esta nueva labor, gozarán del beneficio de tres cuartillos de plata y se les entregarán en las Casas de la Moneda 82 Reales por cada marco y a los que llevaren vajilla o moneda de quienes no se ha de cobrar el derecho de señoreaje, se les entreguen 83 reales en moneda nueva.” (Pragmática del 14 de octubre de 1686).
