Aunque de emplazamiento exacto desconocido parece probado que debió situarse cerca de Ilberir y que recibió una importante influencia de Cástulo. Desde el punto de vista numismático nos encontramos con una pieza de especial rareza que muestra el nombre de la ciudad tanto en anverso como en reverso, algo realmente insólito, y donde destacan también la figura de un lobo y palma. Existen dos emisiones diferentes para esta ciudad siendo, además de la dualidad del topónimo o no, el peso el elemento clave y diferenciador entre ellas.
